About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to join our commercial team as a Junior Field Sales Executive.

The role is hybrid, with time spent out on the road, working from our Hagley office and from home. You’ll build relationships with clients across the UK, introducing them to our telematics and tracking solutions.

We’ll give you full on-the-job training, 1:1 support and clear targets to help you grow in confidence and commission.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and managing your own B2B sales pipeline
Meeting with clients face-to-face and online
Presenting our solutions and highlighting their benefits
Building long-term relationships with customers
Collaborating with our internal team to deliver excellent service

What We’re Looking For

Some previous sales experience (inside/telesales) is ideal — but attitude matters more than experience
A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport
A self-starter who wants to learn and grow
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Someone who believes in honest, straightforward sales
